Everyone thinks of Hawaii and they think sandy beaches and palm trees, yes! ...but this is also Hawaii, the island I grew up on, Lana'i! My Backyard! Koele Ranch, Yep! Island country Boy. Lana'i transportation, what I grew up driving a WW2 willys jeep! which still runs today. Just in case you didnt think it snowed in Hawaii. This is On the slopes of Haleakala! Our Post Office/gossip area/community meeting center!

Everyones got one....I even see 5 year olds with em! And they come with everything except wheels, what is really funny is the video people capture on their cell phones. I recently took a trip back home to replenish the Aloha and add to my traditional tattoos. Alot of people ask about the traditional Hawaiian way of tattooing...and some what understand the concept. So if you've ever wondered how my tattoos are done traditionally take a look at this clip of my last session. It is the beginning of another uhi (tatoo mark) on my chest which will eventually extend down my ribs and to my waist, and up and over my shoulder.
